St Elias Brewing

Not the best tasting pizza crust or bread sticks. However, the ingredients were fresh. I loved the decor and ambience of the place. Not sure about cross contamination. Didn't get sick.

I’m gluten sensitive, but not celiac. Nothing is GF except that there is cracker like crust available for the pizza, and there is a GF chocolate chip cookie on the dessert menu. I didn’t try the cookie. I had a Chicken Pesto pizza. Thank goodness the toppings were good, because the crust was “meh”.

We ate here today and after many times in the past where they used an oven in the past for the gf pizza where chicken wings are cooked we were informed they no longer will turn ON this oven to cook a gf pizza and it must go in the general oven with gluten pizzas. This is NO LONGER a safe place for anyone Celiac for sensitive to eat.

DO NOT expect a safe celiac pizza. The management was horrific and condescending.

The pizza crust is delicious! They also have a GF fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The wait staff was very attentive and careful about GF needs.

The gluten free pizza crust was the best my husband had ever tasted! (Draw back was the cat walking around in the brewing area, as well as seemingly dirty items in the brewing area [our seat was by the windows into the brewing area]). Otherwise, the food was good

GF pizza crust is awesome! One of the best margarita pizzas I’ve had in a while.

I had a GF pepperoni pizza and a Green's Amber. My favorites! They were really friendly and I had no issues.

After a long day of fishing, the smell of this restaurant was amazing! We were told we had a 45 minute wait but they were able to fit us in in about 20 minutes. Having a gluten-free option for an appetizer was so wonderful and the pizza was amazing. Probably the best option for GF food in Soldotna!

Everything can be done gluten free. Great Beer too. Brewer's bread was delicious.
