We keep hearing about the Stacked Pickle having GF buns, etc. so we thought we would try it out with friends this week. We went when they were slow. There were 2 other people in the restaurant and our party of 5. We asked a few questions about the items and were directed back to 3 items on the menu that were GF. We were told we could do chips and salsa (but the chips had flour in them). We were told we could have french fries as a side so I nicely asked if any of the other fried items were fixed with the fries. Our server didn't know so she went to check. Came back and said it's all fried together but the fries are GF. I explained to her that the fries were GF unprepared but not GF prepared so we would pass. Ordered a couple burgers without onions. One of our guests did not send his burger back and didn't eat it because it was covered with onions. Yes, I know he could have picked them off but the burger was tainted according to him and he isn't going to eat it. My husband and son just pulled all the onions off their burgers. It's nice you can get a burger and some fruit but not any place we would rush back to. There was nobody in the restaurant and it took almost an hour to get our food. We ordered burgers so it shouldn't have been that long. My salad was served with croutons all over it. I'm not a celiac so it wasn't a huge big deal for me to pick them off but I couldn't share my salad (as planned) with my husband or my son. I didn't send the salad back since it took so long to get it and they would have probably just picked off the croutons and given it back.

I went with a large group, so it was very busy. Waitress had no knowledge of gluten allergies. I asked for a gluten free bun (they said they have Udi's buns), and when it came out it was on the same bun as everybody else's. I asked the waitress if it was the gluten free bun and she told me yes. I said it didn't look like an Udi's bun and it looked like everybody else's. She argued with me for a bit then she said she could take it in to the kitchen to check. It came out on a different bun that was thankfully gluten free. Please be careful if you eat here.

I ordered one of three GF menu options, a burger. It came on a normal bun, so I told the waitress when she came back. My "new" burger came back on the same plate (I think probably the same patty as fast as it was) with the same contaminated fries. I wrote to the company a week ago and have yet to hear back. I had hoped they would have had the servers and kitchen staff review protocol since there were so many mistakes with my meal.
