Sadly this place has closed for business.
Definitely celiac friendly but the products are hit or miss. My daughter likes the cookies but that’s about it.
I so badly wanted to love this place... but it’s just not good. The treats are overpriced for how horrible they taste. I make gluten free & vegan/allergy friendly treats at home for way less that taste infinitely better. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth it. They also only have very basic options, so it’s truly nothing special.

Several years after my diagnosis wanted to treat myself to a special birthday care which I could enjoy. Splurged and ordered a carrot cake from Stacy's. I looked perfect and I was drooling and couldn't wait until dessert time. BOY, was I Disappointed !!! Never again would I go to this bakery. Well, after several years decided to revisit to see if there is any improvement so checked out the reviews. NOPE! I know it is difficult to try to accommodate every allergy or disease on earth with complete satisfaction but come on...muffins, basic cakes. DONE!
Yes
I hate leaving this review, but the sad truth is that the quality of these treats is horrible and it's not because it's top 8 allergen free, as I've eaten plenty of phenomenal top 8 allergen free desserts throughout my gluten free travels. Both with food quality and customer service quality, this has been the worst. The cupcakes tasted like they had been sitting there for days and were over salted on the salted caramel. The muffins crumbled the moment I picked them up. 4 items, thrown in the garbage. Then the vanilla cupcakes which came straight out of the oven, they were super chewy. My niece handed that right back to me. Honestly, I enjoyed it, but picture more like a chewy frosted vanilla "brownie", not a cupcake. The pumpkin chocolate chip cookies were very good and that's why this rating has 2 stars instead of one.
Additionally, the owner could use some improvement in her customer service etiquette & personal professionalism.
As a final note, if you choose to go here, they do not accept bills over $20 because once someone gave her a $50 that was fake. A more reasonable solution for a business would be to get an indication marker, but again, I can't say I believe that customer service, retainage, and convenience is this store owners forte. Also, not very disabled friendly.
My bottom line: will not be returning here, huge disappointment overall.

We need gluten free, not every allergen Free, so for us... the textures and tastes were all a bit off. Owner was helpful one day then when we excitedly returned to put in and lock down a large order... she had a bad attitude and was too busy to take our order (note, the bakery was completely empty). Maybe she was having a bad day but she lost a customer, and series of customer referrals, for life.

My first birthday being gluten free is coming. Yesterday my wife and I stopped at Stacey’s Gluten Free Bakery in Tampa to try out a cupcake to see if we wanted to order from them.
At first bite I said nope! The cake was soaked in what appeared to be simple syrup, it was very dense and had just a big bomb of sweet. You couldn’t even really taste the cake flavor it was just all sugar. Then the frosting. Oh the frosting, I was so hopeful but it was grainy and extremely sweet as well. The whole thing was a bomb of sugar and not enjoyable which was a huge disappointment to me.
If you like super sweet maybe you’ll enjoy this but it was not up my ally....at all!

I’m disappointed. I had the very best GF DF blueberry crumb muffin but the donuts and cinnamon buns were hard and tasted disgusting. Its not like it used to be.

Absolutely fantastic business! All allergen friendly baked goods. My favorite was the chocolate chip oatmeal cookies.
While on vacation I have been craving something sweet. Stacy's was just what I needed! Muffins were a tad dry, but still tasty. And the cupcakes were amazing! Even my non GF kids gobbled 2 each!

Delicious blueberry muffins and ginger snap cream sandwiches! Please note that if you are traveling, this is not a place you can come for lunch. They sell frozen pizza crust, frozen soup, and sandwich bread/rolls. But nothing that you can eat (besides yummy dessert) without a kitchen to go home to.
They have great desserts!

The chocolate cupcakes tasted like chemicals. No flavor otherwise
for Vegan cupcakes they were great. compared to traditional cupcakes they were lacking... but very safe for celiacs like me to have :-)

BEST tasting GF Bread I've had! Tastes homemade. I'm Celiac, egg intolerant, & very sugar sensitive & I can eat there! Used her stuffing, rolls, cookies, & yellow cake with chocolate icing Thanksgiving & Christmas. - all very good. Cake was best hot or cold right out of fridge. Thank you Stacy!!
