Went there because we saw in the menu a specific selection marked Celiac friendly version. They also have food selections for shellfish, nuts, garlic, soy, lactose, and available gluten-free version. Both times I’ve been there te servers have been knowledgeable about the food I could eat and offered other options.
I’m celiac and I didn’t get any reaction. Please know that they are not a gluten-free facility. I have had the cheese burger (with GF bread - not a hamburger bun) and the coleslaw - both tasted really good! Then I had the butterscotch pudín - amazing!!! The next time I got the green chili burger this time with no bun and marsh potatoes - also great!

This venue loves to work with gluten free and food allergies (they state so under the About section of their website).
I always double check cross contamination and emphasize celiac / medical condition when placing an order and have had no issues.
The patty melt gluten free is my favorite and pretty much the only thing I’ve ever ordered.

Gluten free doesn't mean the menu item has no gluten. It only means you need to ask for gluten-free bread, for example, or to simply omit any items containing gluten. Then they'll switch it out - or they are supposed to, anyway. This morning my husband and I ate there, and I asked for a gluten-free menu on the way in. I ordered avocado toast with gluten-free bread, and the guy who brought it out wasn't our waitress. Had a funny feeling after I ate it, and I asked the waitress when she came by whether the toast was gluten-free. IT WASN'T, even though my husband heard me say to her, gluten-free toast, twice. Thankfully, I'm not celiac, so I popped a couple of benadryl on the spot and resigned myself to a horrid rest of the day. Hubby said to the waitress after I went outside, you're lucky she's not celiac or we'd be on the way to the ER. Waitress just said, I know, I'm sorry, and comped us my breakfast. Ruined the visit for us, that's for sure. Just be aware you have to quiz the waitress and then quiz the server from the kitchen.

Waitress didn't know much. She said we could have a sandwich without the bun. The food was okay but not as impressed as I wanted to be.
The food was pretty terrible. The mashed potatoes tasted really bad as well as the gravy. The mac and cheese my son ordered was very starchy. No dedicated fryer for fries. Noticed another table sent their food back as well. Food over priced. It's too bad because Arvada desperately needs restaurants.

Amazing gf comfort food. I had the pot roast and ice cream sandwich with peanut butter cookies for dessert. loved it! definitely going back.
