You say your gluten free but when you use the same grill for the bread, it is no longer considered gluten free. Please don't cross contaminate.

Options are clearly marked gluten free on their menu. Delicious food-I usually order the lamb kabob platter without pita bread.
Yes
I love sticks I just ask for carrots instead of pita to go with hummus and if you mention an allergy they'll alert the cooks so they change their gloves
Nice Mediterranean fast food place. They use gluten free soy sauce in all of their homemade sauces. They are always very accommodating and will clean off a spot on the grill for you if you ask, their pita bread is warmed on the grill. I go here at least once a week. Most everything is gluten free but you need to avoid Pita obviously, along with the sesame sauce, falafel and the tabouleh. I'm not sure about the soups that they rotate and probably would not trust the French fries.
