Strato's New York Pizzeria

I don't know how the other reviews are so glowing. The server was bored, uninterested in communicating beyond "yeah we got glutenfree crust" and proceeded to make my pizza on the same table as she just made a regular pizza. Serious. There was no separation or wipe down. The prep area in to the side of the register and there is no way that pizza was safe for anyone with a minor problem let alone me with celiacs.

Awesome place for pizza - both GF and non GF.

Gluten free pizza , calzones, lasagna! Owner"s son is Celiac. She created recipes for him. We had pizza! Excellent!
