So happy to see that Subway now has a gluten free bun. It tastes very good. They list all the ingredients that you can have and their staff were very prepared. One employee even showed us what Chips were gluten free.

subway has protein bowls now— any salad and toppings with meat option. a tad expensive but finally get to eat at subway when that’s the only option at times

Booo! They had one bun offering for us that was really tasty, but they decided it wasn’t worth their while to offer them anymore (all locations). It’s not worth my while to visit them anymore. :(
