If you are really sensitive to gluten, don't bother.
Only the macarons are gluten free (almond flour and a creamy sugary filling) and are all different flavors. They were delicious!
When I just had one I was fine, but I got a box to take home. I had small reactions at first, but as soon as I had 2 my reactions started immediately. I don't remember which flavors got me since I had a different one every day.
They said some of their sorbet and ice cream was GF, but it's manufactured in a place that also does wheat. And they reuse scoops between flavors so there is 100% chance of cross contamination.
