They told me nothing is gluten free and that the eggs are real leading me to believe she thought the authenticity of eggs has any correlation to gluten free. I’m not sure why the only review says everything is gluten free. Even in the eggs are gluten free they share a flat top with the pancakes. I’d be weary if I’m a true celiac.

They don’t know what gluten is. It’s a greasy spoon, and if you want eggs you can have them, they Are real egg... but other than that you are out of luck. I would just keep driving and find something else.
