This is one of my favorite restaurants! It is beautiful food, fresh, delicious and can be prepared celiac safe. A must visit if you’re in Carolina Beach! I had grilled sea scallops with grilled fennel and a fresh corn, peach, tomato lump crab salad. Everything was perfection.

Their menu is very short to begin with, and the gluten free items are an even smaller subset of that; however, what they do have is extremely good. Their menu does indicate which items are (or can be made) gluten free, but be sure to tell them because some do require modification. The bartender was very knowledgeable about what was celiac friendly and explained to us that they use 100% cornmeal with the exception of one dish where they use a self-rising mix that contains wheat flower. We ordered the Scallops and the Shrimp & Grits, and they were both amazing. The shrimp dish normally came with toast, which I expected to have to go without, but they even had gluten free toast to offer (toasted on a separate griddle to avoid cross-contamination). Additionally, they have a gluten free chocolate dessert with ice cream. This place is rather pricey, but definitely worth a visit.

Delicious. Many gluten free options. Local sourcing. Probably a three dollar sign, not a one dollar sign ($40 per person)

We had dinner at this restaurant and absolutely loved it! My children each ordered their clam entree and greatly enjoyed it. I had the local Rainbow Trout with lentils and it was AMAZING! Their motto farm to fork is just the way it should be. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing! The only "sea to fork" restaurant in the area and very knowledgeable to gluten allergies. I had the best fish sandwich I have ever had with fresh snapper. I want to eat that sandwich over and over again!

This place is awful. I went and ordered a gluten free meal and they served me a sandwich with regular bread. After I got sick I called to ask them/tell them what happened and they spent 20 minutes on the phone with me arguing. Apparently ordering gluten free isn't good enough you also have to tell them you are celiac. Ridiculous. Haven't been back since. My advice- just say no.

Love this place! They are very knowledgeable and accommodating and will adjust any sandwich to be gluten- free. Their food is awesome and they use local seafood and meats. Their pulled pork sandwich was excellent! Their gluten-free menu is quite impressive.
