I just called here and they told me Seet Caroline's does not have a gluten free menu.

Excellent. I had the pick two. Smoked chicken and half rack of ribs with baked beans and brisket chili. Manager stopped by and said they are very careful with gluten free. Their menus was well marked and they are getting in two new gf beers. I highly recommend!!!
