I've been eating the products produced by this production bakery for a long time and they just keep getting better. It's a dedicated gluten-free bakery, and it's worth renting for people who need to make gluten free products in a commercial kitchen. I haven't used the facilities myself, but I've heard good word on it and everything that comes out of there is wonderful.

This place makes me so happy. They have everything I thought I couldn’t eat any more, and it tastes so good that my whole family (not gluten-intolerant) chooses to eat there. My favorites are their cinnamon and caramel rolls, the big iced sugar cookies, and the garlic bread.

TRULY a gluten-free bakery, none of this, "we wash everything and then make gluten-free items" bs. Great cupcakes, cookies, cakes, etc. Maybe in the past some items may not have been as gooey-chewy as some Minnesota natives might be used to (looking at another review here...) but many of those things are just SO GOOD now: we took the take and bake cinnamon rolls for the holidays in December and they were incredibly good! and we gave a few of their cookie trays as gifts too and the recipients loved them. You can also pick up other local glutenfree items and paleo breads, muffins, and cookies.

Bakery is celiac friendly and I didn't get sick eating any of their products. Although others say their products are amazing, I was underwhelmed. Tried four different items and all were dry and didn't taste great. Although it is fun to go to a bakery where I can eat everything they didn't have anything I couldn't and haven't made at home that tasted better.
