Swiss Delices has been making GF baked goods for a while now. They keep the gf baked goods on a separate tray, wrap them, and make them in the kitchen first thing so they're not sharing the air with flour. Several years ago I ordered the chocolate mousse cake gf for the holidays, and it was exquisite! I highly recommend for dessert and breakfast items!
