We live right down the road and visited Sybil’s for our anniversary. The server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and ingredients. If he didn’t have an answer he had no problem asking the chef or other staff. I felt very confident I could eat here without worry.

Finally made it here. While the menu may not be marked with gluten free options, our server knew exactly what I could safely order. They brought gluten free bread and butter. I chose the Cajun shrimp pasta. Hubby had chicken with lemon and capers. We both ordered gluten free so we could share tastes.

When asked if the Bleu cheese crumbles in the salad were gf, he didn't know ... So he went in the back and read the label on the cheese himself. Amazing service!

We had creme brulee and coconut creme pie for dessert. The crust of the pie is made of coconut.

Excellent did, even better service!

I've eaten here about once a year over the past several years. It's good. It's consistent. It's a beautiful place - perfect for a special occasion. Lots of people love it. I personally don’t find the food nearly inventive or flavorful enough to warrant the prices. I always find myself saying, "if they would have... this would have been great." I LOVE to cook and if I can prepare it at least as well myself, I'm left shrugging my shoulders. Admittedly, I’m a food snob. They ARE celiac friendly and so accommodating. The coconut cream pie has a macaroon crust and is divine - I buy a slice to go every single time.

Such a great dining experience! Service was fantastic! My celiac son had grilled chicken strips from the kid’s menu with a salad. They even brought him out some gluten free bread and his own butter along with the regular bread service. They put together a delicious veggie pasta meal for me to accommodate my list of allergies. We definitely recommend Sybill’s!

I eat here every time I’m in the area. They do not have a separate GF menu but the servers are very helpful and knowledgeable and will walk you through the menu and your options. Everything is made to order. They have GF bread for sandwiches and GF pasta. Every experience I’ve had has been great.

Called 3 times on a Tues night at 8:20pm for carry out, only to receive the after hours answering machine, the message confirmed that they were open until 9pm yet no one answered. We were disappointed to be driving through Missouri on the way to Arizona and unable to try out Sybil's. Perhaps they should update the website and phone messages, since the place was closed when they say they are open.
