Friends have raved about Taste of Saigon for some time now and wow, it sure didn’t disappoint! Enjoyed GF fried rice and Moo Goo Gai Pan. Outstanding and plenty of leftovers for post-concert 🤗

We asked if the Fried Rice was gluten free and he said 90% of his menu was GF! Yay!! He was very knowledgeable, said his friend is Celiac also, so he knows about gluten. It was very good and I’d go back if in the area again! Also nice large portions, we had enough for lunch & dinner!

I personally know the owners of Taste of Saigon and they have been wonderful about my allergy. Things I eat safely (as a celiac): pho, chicken and beef with broccoli, chicken and beef with pea pods and all of the fried rices.
