Went in based on reviews here, and they stated pad Thai has soy sauce in the base sauce. Stated nothing is celiac-safe.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
My peanut curry chicken was good. I would go back. Server seemed confident in which dishes were okay, but said anything with brown sauce was not gluten free and no offer to modify so I couldn't have my stand by Pad Thai. Also they did not specify that spring rolls, or any other appetizers were GF either.
Authentic Thai. Low chance of cross contamination with preparation. They were able to make a pad Thai dish for me and verified it was GF. It was delicious and I did not get sick.
The food was great and fresh. They used rice papers for spring rolls, rice noodles, the meat wasn't breaded and the curry was delicious!
