They told me there was no way to make the pad thai gluten free. They then said they could make the pad see ew gluten free and safe so I ordered that. The pad see ew was sauce less so just dry over cooked noodles with egg and broccoli. Also didn’t feel well after. Don’t recommend for celiacs.
