While visiting Colorado Springs. My husband and I went to the Broadmoor for supper. We ate at the Tavern. Very good staff, very knowledgeable of celiac, and the food was so good.

Had a burger and fries last night at the Grill. Gf bun and dedicated fryer for the fries. No issues. Also had the berries with vanilla sauce for dessert.

We ate at La Taverne and the Sunday brunch. Menus and buffet items labeled. While gluten free items at La Taverne were clearly marked on the menu, there was one entree incorrectly labeled gluten free, but our waitress walked us through the gf items. Really knowledgeable about the menu. Lots of gf brunch items, including individually wrapped gf breads/muffins - several of which appear to be made offsite.

They label menus, can adapt other items, and have gluten free bread! Haven’t found the dedicated fryer yet but will try the golden bee.

I came here on vacation and ate at The Hotel Bar inside the Broadmoor. Not too many gluten free options but they are labeled on the menu. I chose the lentil penne entree which was very good. No reaction from this and I could also eat the nuts and crackers that the waitress gave us. The pasta was a little spicy for me but was still good.

We stayed here for 5 days and both my son and I have celiac. They do an excellent job with cross contamination and can make most things gluten free. Service was excellent and knowledge of celiac is very well known throughout resort. They even have celiac safe desserts in the upstairs kitchen if you ask at Cafe Jules. Dedicated fryers at all restaurants except the Italian one. GF bread and buns at all locations.

There are several restaurants on the property.
The summit doesn’t have a GF menu but can modify about any dish. No dedicated fryer, but a dedicated toaster for bread (according to our server). I still had a reaction.
The hostess asked us prior to seating if there were any food allergies or issues for the kitchen to be aware of and filled out a card.
Had the Chopped Sirloin Steak with Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Colorado Mushroom Sauce. Nima tested gluten free.
They serve you gluten free bread but it always seems to come out a bit behind the gluten bread when you’re dining with others.

The Natural Epicurian in the Broadmoor was excellent with several fresh, gluten free options including pork tacos, rice bowls and dessert!
The service was over the top. The server was very knowledgeable and even allowed me to order from the daily specials menu and order on a different day for the special but provided it at the special price because I didn't have as many options as my friends. They had GF bread and crackers. The food was great.

I just stayed here in November, 2017 and I have never been happier traveling. Even the minibar had options and I managed to eat throughout a work conference and not get sick. I do have a fairly good advocate that arranges our conferences but this hotel did well. And, gluten free beer options at the hotel bars. (Not to mention the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous.)

Every restaurant can accommodate any dietary restrictions. I’m a vegetarian Celiac. So far, the servers at Del Lago and the Hotel Bar have been super knowledgeable about gluten AND cross-contamination!

Very limited GF options available as of summer 2014. Really behind the curve! Noticed this throughout hotel. They can bring you something GF, and I have never been sick, but it isn't going to be the amazing food your compassions are feasting on!
No
Bards beer available at the hotel bar
