The Dog House

I came here summer of 2017 and it was fantastic and the service was awesome. Returned a year later and not only is the service rude and obnoxious, they do not have any gluten free options. The cashier speaks mostly in monosyllables. I'm also allergic to corn and soy so when I saw their sign for fresh squeezed lemonade, I asked if it was sweetened with cane sugar or corn syrup and she said, "No." I was confused so she rolled her eyes and said it was from concentrate. I asked why it said it was fresh squeezed and she said they squeeze half a fresh lemon in a glass. This wemt from being one of my favorite Chico eats to one of the worst places ever.

Had the spicy Hawaiian polish dog on a GF bun (I.e.toasted bread). it was really good, especially with a shake.

They use gluten-free bread for the hamburgers and hot dogs, not gluten-free buns. However the Valhalla sauce is gluten-free and the cook is very thoughtful when creating the menu items. Everything was really good. They even had fresh squeezed lemonade. Yum.

Delicious burgers and fries. They offer gluten free bread for the buns.

Owner was very helpful and very careful.
