Waitress checked every meal that it was gluten free. Home sick on the couch. Will not eat here again- drinks only!
NOT WORTH THE RISK. We did not even make it far enough to try the food to give it a rating. First, the waiter put his hands over his face in an effort to try to better remember what gluten free was when we asked. Second, he could not confirm if the food was prepared separately to avoid cross contamination or if it was simply made with gluten free ingredients. The last straw is that we asked to speak with a manager or cook and the waiter came back to say that they were "busy" but knew what we meant and would do their best. It was 2pm on a weekday and there was only 4 other people in the restaurant. Clearly, a food allergy is not their priority.
The staff are VERY Friendly and accommodating. We have many dietary restrictions beyond gluten, and they worked with us for all of them. They fried the French Fries in a separate frier. Good steak, chicken, and corn tortillas. They even made a custom kids meal for us. Absolutely great service.
Lots of items on the menu can be made GF. We had their GF nachos with chili. It was good. We then ordered the GF fajitas, chicken steak combo. These were not good. Flavorless and the corn tortillas were not tasty. Also, their margs are not GF.
Happened to get out of work early and stopped by on a Friday afternoon at about 5:15. It was not crowded and the waiter was very attentive and knowledgable. Menu was pretty varied. Had the fish tacos. They were fine. Was happy that they had a dedicated fryer and they were very considerate about gluten free options.
