I stopped by this sub shop because they are right across the street from local oven and carry their products. I got a nod from the employee when I let him know I was celiac, however when I asked if all their meats are GF he said no, and told me two that are. I asked him if the meats on a certain sub are GF, and he said he wasn't sure, then added "I mean, it's turkey, so why shouldn't it be gluten free?". At that point I felt like asking further questions about CC would be pointless, so I left. Unless there is a knowledgeable day time person I don't know about, I would avoid this place if you are a Celiac.

Gluten free sub rolls! They are very careful to avoid cross contamination. The gluten free rolls are wrapped in plastic. They even use a separate knife to slice the sub. Awesome place!

Staff was great and ask if allergy or preference and were very accommodating for a gluten free order. Sandwich was tasty!

DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL BE SICK. Not to mention I was treated like a problem for asking them to be safe. All common instruments. Drags the bun across a shared bench. No changing of gloves even after I was lectured about them changing gloves.

So happy! They offer delicious gluten-free bread from local oven. They asked about allergies, they changed gloves, used parchment and disposable tongs/ spatulas to spread Mayo. I’m grateful for their care to avoid cross contamination.

Gluten free rolls kept in sealed packaging. Employee changed gloves and built sandwich on parchment to avoid cross contamination. Up charge for the bread but it was delicious.

Excellent gluten free bread!! I ask for my sub to be “hot” which is heated. Boy does that ever improve the taste of the bread. Hot 8 for me (turkey and cheese) on gluten free bread. They always change their gloves and get a new knife. I could eat there every day. 😃
