Essentially a gluten free place aside from the croissants. They told me they are very strict in their kitchen about handling gluten. I only ordered pastries but I’d feel safe ordering any of their gluten free items.

Best food I have had on vacation!!! Great portions for a fair price. Everything is prepared without the concern of cross contamination. It was the only meal on vacation I didn’t have to be concerned about- as I am an extremely sensitive celiac. I left there so happy and full. Highly recommend!!!

Ample GF menu for food selection. Got the banh mi, was super super excited considering I used to frequently stop at a Vietnamese food truck on campus as a college freshman - banh mi was one of my favorite foods before I had to go GF.

Sadly, it tasted nothing like a banh mi. It tasted fine, was safe to eat, just wasn’t a banh mi (or even close to one) - it was just a sandwich on a baguette. 🤷🏻‍♀ I would go back to try other options on the menu.

Based on the reviews we were very excited to find a GF place for our celiac son. The selection wasn't big..only blueberry muffins and banana bread. We were a little disappointed to learn that the croissants were placed in the same case (which was small) with GF items. The croissants were not mark as non GF either. Once talking to the staff they showed us the baking sheets with the names on it - "croissants only" to ensure us to use separate dishes. We purchased a slice of GF banana bread. My son liked it and didn't get sick. Overall good experience.

so glad we found this place. The kitchen the 100% gluten free they do not make anything in house that contains gluten. Only items that contain gluten are the croissants and they are separate and not made here. so many options to try!

I’m torn about this spot… on the one hand, it has ton of breakfast options for celiacs. On the other, everything else about this place is not desireable. It has a weird vibe as it’s combined with a storefront, limited seating, and service was very slow

This place is also a boutique and serves all gluten free except croissants. My sensitive celiac daughter had the avocado toast and had no issues. She also had the pumpkin latte. No issues.

My favorite place to eat in Key West! Almost everything is gluten free, and they have a variety of gluten free baked goods (cookies, muffins, scones) in addition to sandwiches, wraps, and everything bagels. Excellent vegetarian and vegan options, wine, and mixed drinks. Love this place!!

Wow, had an amazing and fresh gf strawberry scone today herr, not to mention and one of the best iced lattes with coconut milk that I've ever tasted. Expensive but high quality and worth it!

Love this place! It was a short walk from our resort and offered several GF goodies for our girls to enjoy. Hubby & I had GF avocado toast for breakfast and it was delicious. Very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, as well.

Right in the heart of Key West. This is a sweet little café inside a wellness center & boutique. They have coffee/teas, sweets & savory items...gluten free flat bread, avocado toast, pouches eggs, salad...lots of GF! Oh and even wine & beer. And there’s a yoga studio in back too.

I had the gluten free banana bread. It was dense and a little crumbly, but delicious.

Cute shop/cafe, but the gluten free muffins were bland tasting.

Place is great! Food is snack like and many options for gluten free and vegan! Coffee is great too!
