They have gluten free sub rolls and bagel options. The bread was toasted with a great texture and big to my happy surprise! Felt fine after eating here

The website said “gluten free options” without specifying, so we took a chance. I didn’t ask as many questions as I normally would have because I was starving and options were limited at this point. But the girl at the counter was confident and clear about what could be made gluten free. They have gluten free bagels and hogies for sandwiches, so I ordered a sub. The gluten free hogie roll was one of the better ones Ive had and the sandwich overall was really good! I also asked about the chai and what alternative milks they used to be sure they were gluten free. She gladly took them our of the fridge for me so I could look at them and I had a chai latte (Oregon chai). I didn’t ask a lot about cross contamination but I didn’t have a reaction, either. I would go back next time we’re in Frisco for sure.
