Protein course. We opted for chicken and shrimp. The sauces were all GF. They have a teriyaki one that wasn’t. They informed us it would not be brought out.

All sauces meats and cooking broths are gf minus one sauce that is teriyaki. You will not be short of options

They were very thorough with checking their ingredients to make sure our food was gluten free, unfortunately 3 out of 4 courses tested positive with our Nima detector.

Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue with gluten free dipper plate. Fondue is gluten free with substitution of Red Bridge beer.
