The Melting Pot

The staff was very knowledgeable. My food always came out separate from everyone else’s. It was very good. On the board for the cheese dipping was carrot, apples, gluten free bread, broccoli. For the chocolate dipping I got the turtle and on that board came. All gluten free . Cookies bananas, strawberries, brownies, gluten free pound cake and a crunchy bar it reminded me of a Granola bar. I also has a salad .

I made a reservation here for my birthday knowing that Melting Pot's are notorious for being great with gluten free options and training of staff. Not the case at this location. I even noted IN THE RESERVATION I made that I had a gluten allergy but apparently that made no difference. Server was completely clueless. First they did not have any GF beer to make the cheese (ok not a biggie) then she brought out a bowl of regular bread for dipping. I explained AGAIN that I could not have bread anywhere near or in my fondue. I asked for the GF bread (listed on the menu), she said they didn't have any. I asked to speak the manager - 20 minutes later he shows up, he was very nice and did apologize for her ignorance, apparently she was new. Needless to say I spent the rest of the meal paranoid about everything and the service was terribly slow on top of all that & they were totally dead that night. Terrible experience for something I was looking so forward to for my birthday :( will not be back.

Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
