Good was okay. I've had better grouper with rice. Nothing special, especially for the price.

I had the Smoked tuna appetizer with tortilla chips. It was as delicious. For my meal I had the Cajun/bbq shrimp & grits. Again really good!

Had the grouper and grits. Which was gluten free and it was excellent. Just have to remember to hold the garlic toast.

We tried eating here about a month ago. Our server checked with the kitchen and I was told they could not accommodate for celiac disease.

The waiter Josh was great. He knew how to handle orders for celiac disease and was reassuring. The menu is clearly marked. The Blackened grouper was fantastic!

I don't know what went wrong as it appears others have eaten here with no issues. But halfway into my meal I started getting my usual gluten symptoms: burning in my ribs, and pain in my joints, bones, and teeth. They did send crackers with my salad, but they were wrapped, and I promptly had my daughter remove them. The server, though very knowledgeable and attentive, also touched all the gluten filled plates before mine. So not sure if the cross contamination happened in the kitchen, during service, or both. Since others had no issues, I would think I would try it, as the food was good, and the atmosphere unbeatable. But, I would make a very big deal about being celiac when ordering.

My favorite seafood restaurant in Pensacola. Pet friendly seating on the deck and now a gluten free menu.

They were very accommodating and happy to answer all my questions and bring out ingredient labels and everything. I ended up having grilled shrimp with rice and green beans and a side salad with honey mustard. Tasted great!
