Lovely place set in a rustic old sugar mill inside De Leon Springs State Park with AYCE GF pancakes. You can clean your own griddle. Can add blueberries, bananas, peanut butter, pecans, chocolate chips, apples, or apple sauce. Also have sausage, bacon, ham, eggs, but we steered clear of that and stuck with the GF pancakes. Next door to a refreshing natural spring. They take reservations for parties of 10-20 Monday through Friday but not on the weekends. And the lines on the weekends get LONG.

I’m going to go with unsafe but if you had a table to yourself you could control it a lot easier.

Great pancakes. Got it with blue berries with pancakes and it made it even better.
Very long wait! Good pancakes, but servers didn't know about side meats, or whether syrup was/is Gluten Free.
Ordered GF pancake mix and it was delicious! Each table had a griddle situated in the middle and we cooked our own food. Our waitress wasn't very helpful in trying to determine the safety of certain items like syrup or sausages, so I have to take some stars away for that. Restaurant is located in a state park which is beautiful, but you do have to pay a $6 entry fee to even get in. Overall, if you're looking for a fun day starting with breakfast and then spending the day swimming, walking, picnicking, and fishing then this is the place to go!

Yay!! Delicious gluten free (and vegan!) pancakes!! Loved them! The server disinfected our griddle at my request, no problems at all. Had blueberry pancakes and bacon. 5.95 for all you can eat gf pancakes is amazing. The pancakes had great flavor. Was a fun experience to cook your own with family and friends. Service was very good too. Looking forward to a return visit!!

Very enjoyable! The GF pancakes were very good. My wife joined my daughter and I in enjoying the GF pancakes though she did not need to. I asked the staff to clean the griddle extra carefully because of my celiac disease, They were more than happy to oblige me. On the downside, was the waiting time to be seated because of how busy they were. Also the restaurant is located in a state park and you have to pay to gain access into the park.

First visit to the Sugar Mill was great. It was a real treat to be able to enjoy pancakes with the rest of our group. the group let me make my pancakes first. Delicious! Wish they sold their mix.
