New ownership. Not sure about Gluten Free options or safety.
Make sure to tell them you have celiacs and for no cross contamination. They are very accommodating but don't always remember to clarify if it's just gluten free or no cross contamination gluten free.
If you're getting takeout, I recommend calling ahead to put in your order. They can get pretty busy.
Amazing food though! I've never had a reaction there and have eaten there 25+ times. Their sandwiches are my favorite. Sometimes they have gluten free baked treats, too. They store them separately, too.

This is now called The Pub and it’s a great locally owned spot. I almost always get the burger - best burger in town! - but today I got the bruschetta ravioli with GF pasta and OH MY GOD it was so good. SO GOOD.

Wonderful service and selection. I have Celiac disease and they were very accommodating. I had a turkey blt on a soft gluten free bun. Highly recommend!

My food was gluten free. I don't know why people think that because you are gluten free you want everything EXTREMELY spicy. Was not good. Expected you to add gratuity before knowing all they do is deliver food with no follow up. Do not recommend. Chef was GF so that part was good.

I’ve eaten here twice now and not gotten sick either time. I requested ingredients be pulled from the back rather than the same place as the rest of the sandwiches and they were happy to do that for me. The first time I had the gluten free bread and it was pretty crumbly. This last time I got the gluten free roll and it was way better.

Was able to safely order a gluten free breakfast sandwich (The California) and it was served on Rudi's gluten free bread. They offered some gf cookies and said lost of the salads were safe except the Asian salad, one girl thought the rice noodles weren't safe (maybe they are contaminated), the cook said the dressing for the Asian salad also wasn't safe so I assume soy sauce was in the dressing. The sandwich was good. The bread of course wasn't toasted and it wasn't amazing, so next time I'll go in for lunch and try a sandwich that is better on untrusted bread. Glad for the options they offered though and willing to try other items. I am Celiac and had no reaction at all.

I have to knock this restaurant down a notch unfortunately. Based on the previous reviews I thought this would be safe. The staff seemed knowledgeable, I ordered the Pub Club sandwich. They said it was made in a freshly cleaned space with new gloves, the bag was marked "allergy." The sandwich was pretty good but within 15 minutes I experienced the worst gluten exposure feeling I've had in years. I was up for hours crying in the bathroom. I will never go back and it's important that people going here realize it's not the 100% safe place the prior reviews suggest.

The service was so friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free. My celiac daughters enjoyed it very much. The menu seemed a bit complicated but once we figured out what we wanted, we were very pleased. And there were yummy gf cookies!

I asked the guy at the counter what the gf options were and they were very knowledgeable. They have gf bagels (my personal preference) and gf bread to use for any of the sandwiches. They also offer salads and some desserts they can do gluten free. I got the coconut cookie. Quality place.

A little difficult because the menu is on the wall, but I had a delicious turkey bagel sandwich with pesto sauce.
Yes
Had lunch here yesterday with my celiac husband. They have Canyon Bakehouse gluten free bread and were well prepared to answer his questions about safe food prep. He ordered an Italian sandwich and summer salad, and reports both were delicious! No negative side effects... we will return!
Yes
Completely prepared to answer all questions about possible cross contamination. We all opted for the pastrami and weren’t disappointed. The sauce was especially tasty and the bread was excellent!
Yes
I ate there last night. Had the loaded pastrami sandwich and it was excellent. Maybe the best pastrami ever. They use separate sandwich spread, etc for GF sandwiches. The GF cheesecake was really good too.
Yes
This is the first hot pastrami sandwich I've had in almost 5 years! So good! And the pastrami was top notch. When I had a question about one of the menu items being gluten free, they called and asked the owner who was so helpful. It can be so hard to find GOOD gluten free food on a road trip. We will detour if we have to, to come here again. We each had a cookie made into a berry tart...oh my I thought it was reasonably priced too. Thank you! (If I hadn't been so all over that sandwich, there would have been a picture of that too..lol 😂)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious food! Tons of gf options

Great sandwiches! My daughter had a gf bagel, which was fantastic!
Yes
I had a pub salad. It was great other than i should have asked for the dressing on the side.
The owner found out his wife couldn’t eat any grains in 2003, which is when he decided to offer gluten-free and allergy free offerings. There is a sign on the menu which states to let them know of any allergies you have and they can adjust their offerings. Very friendly staff! They have gluten free bagels and bread, and have many options for sandwiches for breakfast and lunch!
Yes
I had a very delicious sandwich. Fun atmosphere & the owner was very kind. I was not loving the GF cookies though
Great option for lunch or a light dinner. Lots of GF and CF options beyond just salads. Made my 10 yr olds evening.
Yes
GF bagel was so good, sandwich size was amazing and delicious!

Very knowledgeable and helpful getting our 7 year old celiac lunch!
Yes
It was ok. Not great but good price per value ratio. And I didn't get sick. If the food was better it would have a 5th star. Again worth the price but nothing special.
Breakfast sandwich on GlutenFree bagel was great! Fast and polite service.
Yes
Balsamic chicken sandwich was delicious. As was the coconut pecan cookie. A great find for our road trip.

Absolutely loved this place! Nothing tasted gluten free, but was. Try the Carmel thing on a an almond cookie. To die for!!!
They have a full gluten free menu and specialize in handling other allergens, too. Pretty amazing customization options, including yummy desserts.

I had a great Italian sub, and the bread was actually good And soft

I had the pub salad here which was really nice. I got it without cheese because of dairy and they asked me if I wanted extra avocado. They told me that I could choose everything from the menu ans they would make it without gluten, dairy and soy.
Yes
Really great gluten free! Try the almond cookies!!! Worth driving out of the way. Sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, salads, soup.
Had no trouble getting a wonderful salad with dessert here! Would definitely recommend !!!

This is always a good stop! We went out of our way on vacation just so we could eat here. They do a wonderful job with gluten free and are so knowledgeable. Sandwiches so good we have questioned (on a different) visit if they really were gf.
Yes
The Tostada's were so yummy. Gluten and Soy Free with no sickness reported. Great find on our road trip to California from Denver.
Yes
The staff here were amazing! They told me they use separate ingredients for people who ask for their gluten free options to avoid cross contamination. They also were very careful to make sure my food didn't touch where any other food had touched by using a container to hold my sandwich while sliding it down the line. They have gluten free bread and gluten free bagels. I've been there twice now for their delicious breakfast sandwiches. The first time they gave me their gluten free menu and their regular menu so I could cross reference everything and build a sandwich exactly like I wanted. They were very knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping by. I have celiac disease and haven't had any reactions. Plus, I love the food!
Yes
Phenomenal find after leaving Zion! Friendly, informed, conscientious. Fed my two celiac family members and me so well!! Not just sandwiches. Worth a detour!!
Yes
All the staff was very nice especially the Manager Sara. The staff repeatedly told everyone handling my food NOT to get my ingredients off the line bcz I am sensitive to cross contamination. I got a club sandwich on gf bread added cucumbers & loved it! Also the gf fruit tart is worth it!!! I'll go back next time I'm in cedar....
Yes
What a great sandwich! So pleasantly surprised to find that they offer gluten free bread! Thanks FIND ME GLUTEN FREE!
Fantastic gold mine! Was traveling from Zion National Park to SLC after hiking & was able to have a sandwich!!! And a gf cookie to go. Highly recommend!
