When I lived in Rochester, this was one of my go-to places. SO good! Dedicated fryer, separate prep space, good burger buns… everyone is really knowledgeable about celiac and takes it seriously. I miss Swillburger!

Just ate here last week and it was amazing! Delicious burger and fries (dedicated fryer and GF bun). The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help answer my questions - they referred back to the kitchen 3 times when I ordered. I felt so safe, and I’m definitely coming back here!

Mouthwatering food. Swillburger is my go-to date night and most craved takeout option. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, a gluten free bun and mark “gluten free for an allergy” on their tickets. Taking away one star because last April (2023) they put fried onions on-top of my tater tot special and glutened me, leaving me sick for weeks. That said, I work in the restaurant industry and understand that mistakes happen because people are human. I let the kitchen know and hopefully steps were taken to prevent that happening again in the future.

First time I’ve ever been able to order a crispy chicken sandwich and it was amazing! As we were told, everything made in the kitchen is gluten free so even the fryers are safe! Great food, will be back next time I’m in Rochester.

When you ask for gluten free and they say "of course we can" then you know you are in good hands! One of my safe places to eat in the area. Love it. Never been sick. Food is incredible too. They have an awesome GF IPA beer too.

Love it here!! Small menu but great for a quick bite and a fun environment. They have burger options (including vegetarian/vegan options) with gluten free buns. They also have a dedicated fryer for their fries and tator tots if you tell them you need gluten free. Never been sick and always like the food.

AMAZING PLACE FOR CELIAC - SEPARATE FRYER AND GLUTEN FREE BUNS :D

Swillburger has great vibes - a funky/retro atmosphere that is great for a date night to eat some grub and play games, meet up with coworkers or friends at the bar, or just a cool place to take non-locals.

FIRST let's start with the most AMAZING part - they have a DEDICATED gluten free fryer - that's right - ALL THE FRY OPTIONS ARE GLUTEN FREE - shoe string fries, tater tots, and "fantasy tots" which change I think based on season?

There's also seasonal veggies and salad, but let's be serious who wants a salad at a burger joint - NOT ME.

BUT there are A LOT of options to eat here, for a variety of dietary needs - vegan, vegetarian, gluten free (Celiac Safe) which truly puts Swillburger above other establishments - since they have a dedicated fryer AND gluten free buns!

The food was pretty good - I got a double burger (I'm a hungry girl) with bacon, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and dad's pickles - a sweet/dill combo type. Pretty good - their ketchup they put on the burgers is strange, definitely NOT Heinz, so I just added my own, but my husband noticed it too. Fries were good - not the best I've had, but even as a gluten free girl, I am a french fry snob - aka I am VERY picky about my fries, but I was happy to be able to EAT the fries here, so I'm not complaining too much.

AND THE BEST PART - THE VEGAN CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE I HAD - didn't care that it was 10 degrees, I NEEDED it, and it was AMAZING - so creamy, and thick, perfect texture and taste wise.

The workers were great!!! I got a gluten free bun (for only 50¢ extra!) and fries that were gluten free as well. As a bonus, the bun actually tasted good and didn’t fall apart! They have a dedicated frier and their workers are very knowledgeable

The staff is very knowledgeable on gluten free practices, and are very kind. The burgers are delicious and the gf bun is the best I've had. They have a dedicated fryer for fries and always ask if it is contact or not. I've never had a problem here, and I've always enjoyed my experience.

Playhouse offers gluten-free hamburgers on a gluten-free bun, and the restaurant also has a dedicated fryer for tater-tots and French fries. There is an arcade downstairs and tables to eat upstairs. Everything is order at the counter. Fun atmosphere and great food!

Great burgers, friendly staff, and a dedicated fryer so the tots and fries are safe! Good tap list at the bar and the arcade games are great. I really liked the space as well; it's an old converted church and looks really cool. People who are confused, note that this business is also known as swillburger.

They offer hamburgers, veggie burgers, grilled cheese, and blts all available over lettuce or on a gf bun. They have a crispy chicken sandwich which is not gf but if you ask they can usually make you a grilled chicken. They have French fries and tater tots with a special fry or tot topping of the day. The fryers for the fries are not dedicated gf. There are also regular and vegan milkshakes.
