This is a completely Gluten Free bakery. I am a Celiac and love it here. Everything is Gluten Free with some dairy free and vegan options available too and it all tastes amazing!

Dedicated Gluten Free Bakery with accomodations for vegan diet and other allergies (nuts, dairy). The atmosphere reminded me of the Gluten Free Epicurean, with more seating. It was moderately busy when I visited, but no long lineup at the counter. Pricing and portion sizes are reasonable across the board.

The brownie is one of the best I've had at any GF bakery in Vancouver/Fraser Valley. Very fudgy and moist. The foccacia is also a must have. I couldn't tell if it was gluten free or not. I will be coming back to get the foccacia again and try the sandwiches.

Such a cute atmosphere, was really busy and seems to be the place to be in Downtown Abbotsford, and feels so good to order anything on the menu knowing it’s gluten free! Unfortunately I didn’t love the food. I had the breakfast sandwhich on a cheddar baguette, mini carrot cake, vegan apple fritter, and a latte. The baked goods tasted very oily but overall were good in taste. The breakfast sandwhich was very bland and cold. Latte was a latte. Not sure I’ll go back and try other items.

Service and general vibe were awesome. Tried the apple fritter, cinnamon bun, and s'mores cookie. Pretty good and fairly priced for what you're getting. Definitely give it a try if you are GF and also DF.

Amazing 100% gluten free bakery. Got a waffle sandwich and it is the best thing that I've eaten in a long time! Amazing desserts too - we loved the apple fritter.

I absolutely adore everything about Polly Fox! The staff are so kind, welcoming and happy. The baking, bread and sandwiches are all so tasty. My only complaint is that they aren’t in Chilliwack!!!! 😜

All GF, all the time! Many DF options too. Love being able to go in a shop and order an sandwich on my choice of yummy bread without it being a big deal. No stale freezer burned tiny slices of bread for me! Love this place, and the apple fritters neverake it home!

Most delicious GF lunch we have had since our kids we diagnosed with Celiac!!!! Amazing not to have to worry about a single thing on the menu. Worth the stop for sure. What a gem!!!!

We are the owners of The Polly Fox Bakery + Bistro.  Unfortunately there is no way to comment on individual reviews but we felt it was important to address a recent review as there are some inaccuracies.  

We are without question a dedicated gluten free facility, all food and all drinks. While "the customer is always right" applies in many situations in customer service, this is not one of them.  While this person may have experienced an allergic reaction of some sort to our product, it would not have been to gluten.  We do not use any ingredients that contain gluten in our facility.

One of us has celiac disease (in addition to other food allergies) and we understand the risks that cross-contamination poses as well as the challenges of dining out with food allergies.  Please rest assured that we are diligent and meticulous in sourcing products and ingredients that are gluten free. We are very transparent about all of our ingredients and are happy to provide ingredient lists upon request.

I’m celiac and had a HUGE celiac attack as I was eating a Nanaimo bar there (and hadn’t eaten anything else prior or during). I was so sad about this experience because I appreciate that they try to make things gluten free. I can’t trust that anything there is gluten free anymore, sadly.

I love this place, I’ll drive an hour out of my way just to bring home treats. I’ve never had a bad experience, I always leave happy!

Had the pleasure of a leisurely lunch at Polly Fox today. Had a pizza slice and an Apple Fritter with a cup of tea. Soooo good!! (See photo).

Previous review: Excellent GF goodies. My favorites are the Apple Fritters, Salted Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies and the Ciabatta Buns. The make sandwiches, but only sell loaves of bread by advance order.

They have moved to 33780 Esendene. It’s a beautiful space with more seating. This is the best dedicated gluten free bakery outside of Vancouver. So good!

The original GF place in Abby, and still excellent. My only complaint is that their stuff has a lot of sugar in it, and they don’t seem to be concerned with offering lower sugar options. Safe to eat there and delicious stuff.
