The Pub by Wegmans

They had a separate gluten free menu. GF rolls and pasta. Did warn about cross contamination on the menu - I didn’t ask about a GF fryer. I had the pasta which they cooked in new water in a clean pot. It was very tasty!

found out from someone that works there that you need to make sure you say it is an allergy or they will just give you a bun and prepare it the same as others. if you say it is an allergy they will prepare it separately!

Wegmans is not a gluten free place. They do not prepare things with any thought to cross contamination.

Does not appear they can meet requirements for the celiac patrons

They have a gluten sensitive menu with gluten free items but no guarantee food won't be cross contaminated. Sure enough- ordered from gluten free menu and something must have touched gluten. Had a reaction. Not recommended. Multiple servers touch food with gloves but no one washed hands or changed gloves in between touching different foods on dishes. In my opinion, they could be more careful.

Gluten sensitive menu is not sensitive at all. All fried items, including french fries and wings are fried in the same fryer and oil as breaded, gluten foods. So not even gluten sensitive at that point. They were also not willing to bake anything instead of fry.

Love their burgers! Wegmans does a great job with gf options and you can’t beat the prices.

Celiac! Avoid the Pub. Their "gluten sensitive" menu includes fries but they state on the menu that "all fried items are cooked in oil that has been exposed to gluten." They also warn of the likelihood of cross contamination. My salad came with non-GF croutons which had to be sent back.

Excellent food! Had a gluten free menu. Appetizers, gluten free sandwich and burger buns along with a few entrees....Asked about their ketchup which wasn't so they went and got a special gluten free one. Great find!!

Separate Gluten-Free menu that includes GF beer, burgers, and buns. Great food.
