The Seafood Bar

This is where hip and modern meets classic and pure seafood. Really nice place near the PC Hooftstraat. Friendly staff, busy place, excellent food and wine. Gluten free bread available. Didn’t ask about the fries but didn’t need them with a very tasteful mixed grill seafood platter. Great place!

I read on this app that they served GF bread. I discussed with the host I needed GF, had a discussion with our server, and then reminded our server we needed GF bread after it hadn't made it to the table after getting our appetizer. A food runner then brought out bread, we confirmed it was GF. I ate 2 slices before our server came back to the table and told us that the bread brought out wasn't gluten free. Once he found out I wouldn't have an anaphylactic reaction, he didn't care that he'd just harmed me. He comped my glass of wine and told me "good luck" as we were leaving. His carelessness was completely rude and avoidable.

Warm gluten free bread and the server can bring “non contaminated” butter from the kitchen (the stuff they bring to the table is sitting next to gluten bread). Such yummy food. We are here several times in 5 days.
