Ate at their restaurant, not their food truck. Delicious gf waffles. Didn't experience any symptoms after eating there.

they have a gluten free batter for waffles, but the chef said nothing was cooked separately and he would not suggest eating there if it was an actual allergy due to cross contamination.

I have Celiac, and was SO excited to have a waffle! But when I got there I asked if they had a separate waffle iron for the GF batter, I asked to look at it, went into the food truck to see the waffle irons lined up all covered in regular batter without a GF waffle iron. So yes they can make GF batter but can not offer a GF product.
