They can’t do the nachos gluten free anymore so there really isn’t good gluten free options. However, it is a fun spot if you’re willing to watch a game and drink but not eat.

The owner was great, while they didnt have a GF menu he asked me what I wanted and he would take care of it. Really made me feel taken care of. So while watching the game I ate two burgers with some scrambled eggs, no GF bun but thats ok. Will go there again no doubt.

The owner was so nice and accommodating. They were able to bake vs fry the chips so I could have the nacho bites without cross contamination. There was no separate menu or items labeled as gf, but staff went above and beyond to offer modification to menu items/meals off menu that were gluten free when I asked

I liked that there were some GF options on their menu but I would have liked more. I don’t like when restaurants put a GF next to a menu item but only make it GF after you let them know, to me this is misleading. This happened to us after we started eating chips and queso, the server told us I was supposed to let them know because they would have served us different chips. No one had an issues thankfully though.

Classic bar food. The gluten-free wings are baked instead of fried to prevent CC and are dry rubbed and were very delicious (this is coming from a Buffalo, NY native). You can get sauces on the side to dip the dry-rubbed wings in. The bar-tender made sure to ask back-of-house for any items she wasn’t 100% sure of on cross-contamination. We went on a Friday night, around 6:15 and the music was a little loud for dinner conversation but was a fire throwback playlist. Can’t speak to how much of the menu is truly celiac-friendly GF, because I only asked specifically about the wings - many of the burgers and sandwiches they say you can get with a GF bun but they don’t specify GF for each sub-item, so it is hard to tell. However, I am giving 5 stars because the willingness of servers to double check is always a good sign.

Waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a turkey burger on a gluten free bun and she came back to let me know they put breadcrumbs in their turkey burgers, so steer clear of ordering that! Other than that, quite a few options, but no dedicated fryer

Not a ton of options but I was in the mood for a salad. I didn’t have a lot of confidence in the young woman that waited on us but after a while we just realized she isn’t that great a server. Salad was tasty and I didn’t get sick. Would probably return but was just visiting Chicago for a few days.

Gluten free options are varied and tasty! Friendly staff, no shade for ordering GF. One GF beer, Lakefront New Grist, on their menu.

Great atmosphere, neighborhood bar feel!

I ordered a hamburger on a gluten free bun and mentioned to the waitress I that I have celiac disease. The owner came out to my table to talk to me about the kitchen preparation processes and the risk of cross contamination for certain items. He advised me of options that would be 100% safe for me as a celiac (as opposed to being gluten intolerant). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and took precautions to make sure my food was safe. I will definitely eat here again and I recommend this restaurant to anyone with celiac disease. You may not be able to eat everything here but what you will get is a safe meal and that is the most important part of a meal. Five stars, great owner.

Several choices bit this place looks primarily to be a bar hangout. Food was AWFUL. My gluten free pizza was crunchy and my daughter's GF quesadilla was rubbery. Even the ice tea was bad. I wouldn't go back.

Moderately sized but very good GF menu. We had the nacho bites, meatballs and thin crust pizza, all of which was very tasty and had no adverse reaction on my wife and daughter, both of whom have Celiac. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even during the lunch rush. So great to have "bar food" that's GF and safe!

Good selection on the dedicated menu, although no separate fryer for side items. Service was excellent, server was very good about asking questions and getting clarification.

thrilled to have chosen this spot for dinner... they were so very knowledgeable and accommodating... good variety on their gf specific menu and willing to modify anything else for safety. the turkey asian meatball appetizer was a generous portion and absolutely scrumptious! great to be able to have a burger AND a bun! the chef/owner came out several times to check in and make sure all were happy even though i was the only gf in our group... highly recommend for a relaxed comfy atmosphere and great food and service!

The owner of this restaurant is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. When I ask him if the bloody Mary mix is gluten-free , he apologized, said he didn't know, and immediately texted the maker of the bloody Mary mix to ask him. The gluten-free menu is a good size and the food was excellent! Great sports bar for gluten-free and non gluten-free.
