They don't seem to understand cross contamination. If you eat gluten because you're hipster, you'll love this place. But if you have Celiac and actually need to eat gluten free, eating here is a risk.

Unfortunately, if you are celiac, like myself, this is not a safe place. I was very excited to try this place however when we arrived and spoke to the waiter, they cook many things on their grill other than just meats. It's a haven for cross contamination. It should be fine for those with gluten sensitivity but definitely not for my fellow celiacs.

I have to travel for business all over the world. I must say that Thomas Hill organic is one of the best finds we've discovered. I was elated that the four appetizers I wanted were not only gluten free but they were amazing! I will go to Paso Robles just to eat there!
