We felt very safe once we talked to the person taking our order. The menu seemed limited, but the chef came out and made other suggestions. My daughter was over the moon she could have pancakes. They kept everything separate even when my husband said they could put it on the same tray, they advised him they could not p, but he could.

Ordered GF pancake breakfast and was not disappointed. The chef comes out to talk with you, you have a special allergy line to get your food from. The chef brings your food out with a plate on top, covering and protecting your meal. Felt very safe eating there, tastes great, and didn't get sick!

Had the GF pancake breakfast and it was excellent! Even got a link sausage I could eat and that’s rare. Chef comes to the order queue and speaks with the customer. Highly recommend.

I went there in Universal and the register let me speak to the chef. They knew what they were doing and had a separate fryer! I had the Turkey leg and fries. They did not make me sick one bit! 10/10 (get the butter beer too!)

After reading previous reviews I had high hopes, but we ordered from the table and after 25 minutes no one had come out. I finally went to the kitchen and they did pull our order and my meal was brought out separately. It was good, but I wish I knew what my options were other than the normal celiac salad.

Three Broomsticks is located in Hogsmeade in Universal’s Harry Potter. GF menu, chef came out to talk to me and personally made my meal. He said all salad dressings are GF and are provided in individual packets. I had the rotisserie smoked chicken salad with ranch dressing. Delicious! My meal came out along with everyone else’s but it was completely covered with another plate on top of it. Didn’t get sick!

Amazing! I ordered the ribs platter with a butter beer. The chef came out and talked to me when I said I had an allergy. She assured me that she would prepare my meal herself. They subbed the normal bbq sauce for a gluten free version and the chef brought out my plate. It’s so nice to be able to safely eat in the park! (also the line seemed long but don’t fret, we only waited for 30 minutes)

In years past, Disney has far exceeded Universal in terms of awareness, measures against cross contamination, as well as consideration for ingredients that contain common allergens. Not now! Universal staff was knowledgeable and immediately signaled for the chef when they learned of our gluten and dairy allergies. The chef came to speak directly to us, to advise whether our selections were safe and made adjustments based on the normal cooking and presentation of items compared to what was safe for us. The chef prepared the meal personally and brought it out to us. Highly recommend!

We told the cashier what our needs were and the chef came out and spoke to us. We were able to have the feast with a bbq sauce substitute and also the turkey leg. The food was so so so good. 3 of us have Celiac and NONE of us got sick. Great day and great meal. Also, the butter beer is the best!

Pretty good food. The chef came out and talked to us after we told the ordering person we were gf. We had the ribs without BBQ sauce, which were delicious. The potatoes that came with it were not. They were slimy and did not taste good. The corn was good, but obviously boiled in sugar water. Food felt over-priced, but we came for the experience and it was a fun atmosphere.

I was so impressed with the care & precautions they took. They have 5 really good meal options that are gluten free. The chef came out and explained everything to us (they require the chef to come out for a person with dietary issues, so plan accordingly). Wonderful food & wonderful experience! There was so much food I couldn’t even eat it all & had to bring back leftovers to my hotel! I got the half chicken, potatoes, & corn on the cob. My gf son got the ribs, potatoes, and corn on the cob.

I was at Universal Studios Orlando this past week and ate Three Broomsticks in Islands of Adventure. They have a gluten free menu. I ate the Half Rotisserie Chicken w/ potatoes and corn on the cob. It was really yummy! Prior to me ordering the chef came out to talk to me and told me what was safe and answered any questions I had. They also have 3 kinds of Butterbeer (regular, frozen, or hot) that are all gluten free. Butterbeer is yum!! I would eat there again!

I asked to speak with the chef who came out and was very knowledgeable about the menu items that were gluten-free. My daughter ended up ordering a vegetable platter that included a baked potato, corn on the cob and a garden salad. She is celiac and extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I was concerned about the preparation of the food because it came out from the back quite quickly I was not sure if the chef even had time to get back there before it came out. It was not covered separately and I did not see that there was any special preparation. That being said she did not seem to get sick from the food. Also enjoyed a butter beer there. My husband and I ordered gluten-free roasted chicken platter with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob and the turkey leg with roasted potatoes. Food was fine for a themepark food not the best but certainly adequate for lunch.

When you give your order at the counter, if you ask about gluten free options they will bring a chef out for you to talk about what you can eat and prepare your food separately. I got the roast chicken with potatoes and corn and it came out with another plate over it to denote that it was gluten free. I was very happy with the whole experience! Plus frozen butterbeer is gluten free.

Three Broomsticks is a much better choice for GF Harry Potter fans than the Leaky Cauldron. There are a couple of food platters that are GF, and their cross contamination procedures for Celiacs are on point. There seems to be some question online about butterbeer, but my understanding is that it is GF. My son has Celiac and is quite sensitive. He has had butterbeer from several venues around both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade without incident.

The woman who took our order knew exactly what my "allergy" was and what to do. I felt like my concerns were addressed but it wasn't a big deal at all- like they know exactly what to do. I got the chicken platter and although I had to wait a bit longer for it, I appreciated that they had a chef prep it special to ensure it wasn't cross contaminated. I also got the baked potato on the side which was delicious! Everything was yummy and I didn't get sick!

The person at the counter was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. Very impressed with the selections. They have ribs, chicken platter, corn on the cob, some really delicious grilled potatoes, and other choices. But we cannot have their barbecue sauce...but they do order and a barbecue sauce in that is gluten-free. They prepare the food in a dedicated gluten-free section. I was very pleased with the food big portions no extra cost. Highly recommend.

If you are going for breakfast be aware that the sausage link that comes with American breakfast isn't GF. Luckily the girl taking our order warned me and they gave me double bacon instead. Had to leave off crossaint, but they don't give you anything instead of it . I liked the bacon and the potatoes were good, the scrambled eggs were weird and crumbly almost like they aren't real eggs. Great atmosphere and staff though!

Food was very tasty and was prepared separately from the normal food. The employee serving us confirmed the dietary restriction twice before giving our food. I was disappointed because the staff member standing outside the restaurant with menus told us that one plate was gluten free, but the person taking our order said it wasn't. Would definitely go back again.

Both my husband and I are GF, I have CD. Ordered modified English Breakfast based on allergy book. Tomatoes were NOT listed in Has Gluten section, but are covered with breadcrumbs ( confirmed by staff and chef at Leaky Cauldron). When my husband was suspicious of the crumbs and asked the Three Broomsticks staff when we received the order, they said it was cheese so we ate it - horrible aftermath. Missed a whole day and terrible pain rest of the trip. So upsetting.
