Tasty! You must ask them to use a clean space, new knife, roller, etc to prevent cross contamination. But, they are happy to oblige. The staff seem knowledgeable on the few gluten items on the menu. Most of it is gluten free. A fun food item to eat.

Super happy to see a gluten free option at the local street food festivals! Really enjoyed the California roll... with gluten free surimi! Super yummy and ginormous portions.

Love this place! They have online ordering options, so you don't have stand around and wait. Seating is limited and the place is a bit of a hole in the wall, but don't let that stop you. The burritos are wrapped in nori and the mix of flavors are great. Been there twice now and can't wait to go back.

I love these rolls so much! They now have gluten in their tempura flakes, sad to say. However I've eaten there twice and asked them to clean the counter and freshly wrap the rolling mat - no contamination problems yet. They would be getting 5 stars from me if they would commit to being a totally gluten free restaurant.

I loved this order at the counter spot. I had the rice bowl with tuna (raw), avocado, veggies. Lots of options. All gf. Definitely a great lunch spot or casual pick up dinner spot.
Hurrah! - yes, worker there said their restaurant is gluten-free. It was nice that they had gluten-free soy sauce to go with the rainbow roll I got and it was a good size for lunch - $13 - a little pricey, but I am paying for a stress-free lunch that I can enjoy and not worry about gluten contaminants - that's worth it in my book. Still felt great and energized afterwards- Oh - they had "tempura flakes" in my roll - I asked them to verify that it was gf - they couldn't tell me the ingredients, but it was gf they said. The burrito concept has a sheet of nori holding it together - when you get to the end of the roll, it kind of falls apart, but it is still yummy.

Zero reaction, yay! The staff member I talked to on the phone confirmed that their business is gluten-free.
I had one of their wraps, which is usually off-limits because of the ingredients and the wrapping done on mixed surfaces, and it totally hit the spot -- a little greasy, actually, so keep in mind they seem to like mayo. It's very fusion-y, at least what I can tell from the Caviar menu. If you're looking for pure Japanese, you should probably head elsewhere. But if you're sad that you can never eat those Westernized dishes, check this out!
This restaurant is great! They are completely gluten free with the exception of their mochi ice cream. Their soy sauce is served I'm packets to eliminate cross contamination, and have great happy hour specials! I also recommend for those who are gluten free and vegan or vegetarian.

Good sushi. Make sure to ask them to prevent cross contamination
