I am a big fan of the tune-up! They have many GF options, including a variety of dessert options (they even have a GF waffle on their breakfast menu). I LOVE their enchiladas and house salad!

I explained to the server that I had celiac disease, and she seemed confused and didn't know what gluten was or what had gluten. I was very nervous about this, but she went to ask the kitchen and I believe either a manager or owner came out to shout what is and isn't gluten free, and pretty much said that anything could be made gluten free. I asked about cross contact and they stated they take celiac disease seriously and take cross contact seriously as well. The higher-up reassured me and my wife. When the food came out it was delicious, and quite filling, but we asked about GF desserts and to our surprise there was an unbelievable amount of GF options! Cakes and treats galore. We ordered more desert than dinner and it was incredible. I am highly reactive and I had zero reaction from this establishment. Excellent. Will be returning, just hope they have educated their staff on gluten too.

Great knowledge of gluten free, and recipes. Marked dishes from order to protect against gluten. Understood difference between Gluten Intolerance and celiac. Ordered burger with GF buns, and beef tacos. Can't beat the flavor or care!

Saw the reviews on my trip to town so paid it a visit and after going here I'm really confused as to how it has so many stars. My waitress did not seem very knowledgeable and did not put my food anxiety at ease. The "gluten free menu" is a single item that says it's gluten free as well as a dessert menu. The place makes pizza, burgers, enchiladas, salads, etc and I'm was not confident I wouldn't get cross contaminated even if the one plate was actually gluten free. Needless to say, I sat and drank water for dinner while my friends ate their dinners. Not fun.

So delicious! Most things are gluten free & staff was very knowledgeable. I had the Mole Colorado Enchiladas and they are dairy free too! Very interesting & rich flavor as well.

Got the yellow corn waffle. It came with honey butter, peaches, strawberries and blueberries and maple syrup. So good. It was a treat since that’s not something you get often as a celiac eating out.

I had Mole Enchiladas, which were great. Many restaurants the Mole Sauce is not gluten free, so this was a special treat. Save room for dessert, because you will have quite a few very good choices.

We had the blue corn waffles. I was nervous that they would have cross contamination but they told me these are the only kind of waffles they make on the iron so it’s all gluten free. I ate one (celiac) and had no issues. My husband also ordered one and loved it. (Not GF)

Used to come here all the time. It was my favorite place. Got MAJORLY sick when ordering a dish that doesn’t have (or not supposed to have) gluten in it. I won’t go back. The wait staff can be knowledgeable but I’m not sure the kitchen staff have the knowledge they need.
Their gluten free Belgian waffles are INCREDIBLE!
The best! So many delicious options. The mole sauce was incredible. SO good. Wish we lived closer... we would be there often. Servers very knowledgable. Two family members with celiac had a great meal.

I've eaten here every time I'm in town. The food is great and they always have gluten free options. The blue corn waffle was great this visit.
I had a smoked duck hash that was out of this world! Friendly, cozy space, no frills, knowledgeable staff. I gave it "no" for celiac because they served pie with a utensil used for other baked goods, and I have to assume their kitchen is the same.
No
We were hoping for gf fries, but they don't have a dedicated fryer (and didn't know that term, but confirmed they cook other non gf items in it, including tortilla chips). We ordered a burger with a non-toasted gf bun, because we weren't clear on how they were toasted. I'd say give it a try, but be careful and ask lots of questions (you know, the usual!).

Went for the gf waffle with bacon. I'll be going back for more. Loved the coffee. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

Had the pupusas, one of each flavor. Sooo delicious!
Server Heather had great understanding of cross contamination and clearly identified unsafe items (almost everything is celiac safe!)
Amazing food, a variety of gluten-free desserts that aren't ice cream, and their lemon custard cake is as close as I have ever found to actual cake. They also have a daily Gluten free pie with crisp (not hard or chewy) crust.

I had the gluten free waffle with bacon and fresh fruit and it was to die for! I don't think there's a dedicated area but I didn't get sick and I'm very sensitive. Reasonably priced and quick and friendly service.
No
Really excellent food from burgers to enchiladas to fresh fish. And most are gluten free.
So many yummy gf options, and a dedicated gf section of the desert menu. Gf cakes, pies, ice cream brownie Sunday, etc.SO GOOD!
