There are no GF pancakes as somebody mistakenly reported. GF options are limited but omelets are very good especially the healthy CrossFit Omelet. They also have GF Udi’s bread and great salads. But if you are looking for GF pancakes, waffles or crepes this is not the place for you. No GF menu.

They have plain gf bread that I substitute for other items, nothing special. There is no gluten free menu as others have stated in old reviews. They do however have gf pancakes as well as vegan pancakes for my son with milk and egg allergies which is the main reason we like to go there.

Gluten free menu. Owner has celiac. They care and are knowledgeable.

They have a GF menu which is pretty extensive. I got a chicken dish and chili soup with tortilla chips. Everything was tasty and I felt fine afterwards.
not gf friendly at all
Not Celiac Friendly food was poor quality and felt ill after we left.

I think it depends. I went here most recently in December of 2023. The servers were willing to answer questions, and even customized a hot chocolate drink for me. They weren’t sure if it was gluten free but brought out the pre-packaged mix with a label so I could read it for myself (there were A LOT of ingredients, definitely super processed). When I am hesitant, I order the “least offensive” item on the menu. So I got a salad and it was actually delicious. The first time I went, a couple years prior, they just totally put a gluten item on my plate and had to send it back. It took a while and they were busy. I’d recommend going when it’s not a peak time, and ordering something simple like a salad. The drink was great!

The have gf bread and will make French toast with it.

Menu does not list gluten free items other than Udis bread. Breakfast potatoes are not gluten free. Ordered GF French toast on Udis bread. The chef cooked the French toast in vegan/GF butter, but served the platter w a side of butter that they mentioned was not gluten free. Server did ask while delivering entree. Replaced butter with vegan butter which came melted.

Update August 2023: their potatoes are no longer gluten free. The skillets had been my go to and no longer can order. Sad because this was the only place we could get breakfast as a family.
“Gluten sensitive” menu, but so far have been there over 5 times without issue. I mostly stick with breakfast items Skillets are really good and less risk of cross contamination. Omelets are good too. Usually they give me extra fruit to replace the toast. Some items you can sub tortilla chips.
