Our favorite gluten free spot at O’Hare! Gf minestrone soup, salads, salmon, steak, chicken entrees. All good!

Said they couldn’t ask the kitchen about prep areas or “they would get mad” and to assume it is all cross contaminated.

Food wasn't that great, but I was ecstatic just to find a restaurant open with a gluten free menu during covid. Great wine and mashed potatoes!

This place is great! Only a few options that are gf (one pasta, ministrone, salmon, some salads, burger with no bun), BUT my entree was tasty and hot and not junk food, which is great for an airport. I rate any place that’s celiac-safe as 5 stars (really the only thing that matters to me as long as the taste isn’t awful…I use this app to find safe places first, good tasting ones second), and this place has a manager that is celiac! And his wife is celiac! So they know the drill! Took me very seriously and knew exactly what was needed. 5 stars. Food taste is 4 stars (secondary)

3-4 GF options for dining specifically flagged on menu. Waiter understood celiac needs. Great sit down option for airport. I ordered chicken with zucchini and tasted OK.

Just a few GF items (7 in all). Nothing really Italian, except for maybe the minestrone soup! No pasta, no red sauce dishes. But at least items are flagged as GF on the menu. A find in O’Hare, where very few other options exist for other than a salad!

Manager and staff took my concerns seriously. Had a delicious steak and grilled vegetables, clearly from a cleaned grill. It's been hours and all I am is happy I ate there.

Has identified gluten-free items on the menu and is very flexible in terms of preparation. The Tuscany Salad with chicken is a good choice.

The are no gf pasta options. Minestrone, salad, chicken with zucchini, or salmon with potatoes are you options. The pollo con zucchini was good $20 was expected in the airport

The staff was knowledgeable about gluten. The waitress didn't try to offer us bread when we said we were gf, which is always a good sign. The food is really good, too. We had the Pollo con Zucchini, and it was amazing. The caprese appetizer was also fresh and delicious.

Chicken and salmon previously reviewed were both outstanding - shocking thing to write about airport food. Service was great, too. Best airport food experience.

Currently on my 2nd meal here, thanks to delays. Had soup and a huge salad this am, just finished salmon & green beans dinner entree. Menu items are clearly marked gf. Surprisingly good, I'd order the salmon again for sure!

Options are pretty limited for GF in the O'Hare airport. This place at least has GF options clearly marked on their menu and there are several to choose from. I've been here twice and gotten the Caprese Salad and the Chicken with Zucchini. The description on the Chicken said "bruschetta" so I double checked that there was no bread. It's just the tomato topping part actually and the waitress seemed informed about GF. I am generally very sensitive, but maybe a little less so now, and I did not get sick.

After the one hour security line I was hungry, and we all know our options in airports are nearly non existent. I was not looking forward to my normal solution of a hard boiled egg and cheese stick from the Hudson News. Then I stumbled upon the Tuscany Cafe down towards the end of terminal B (by B16-B18). They have a gluten free menu and the server understood my concerns. The Pollo con Zucchini was very good and the service was quick so I was able to catch my flight. Great atmosphere too if you want to escape the airport rush for a moment. Safe travels.
