Per the waitress, GF pizzas are cooked on the same rack as regular pizzas without separation. I ordered the GF pasta (angel hair) with the Alfredo sauce. My first batch came out crunchy (not al dente, crunchy). The second batch (15 minutes later) was cooked properly. The creamy Alfredo sauce is VERY creamy, almost to the point of bland. Portions are rather small. I went home and had dinner. My wife, though, enjoyed her gluten filled dinner.

great customer service! willing to double check GF options, and explain ingredients and menu
Their gluten free pizza and pasta is amazing! By far my favorite pizza place and I have never had a bad "tummy" experience with them. I always leave full and happy!
