There is a separate gf menu they have but unfortunately every single burger isn’t safe. I have no idea what everyone on here is eating there but it’s not burgers. I ended up with a meh salad.
GF bun - Udi's. I didn't get sick. Interesting burgers but only some are gluten free. Had heard great things about this place but my burger, even without eating the bun, was really dry.
GF bun was cold and crumbled apart. :(
Local chain, we went to the one in Roanoke TX. Staff was knowledgeable, dedicated frier, GF buns were buttery and toasted on the griddle not their regular bun toaster. No onion straws. Cheezy fries are excellent. Salad was really good and fresh. Homemade pickle bar with like 5 different pickles is cool. Basically everything was super good except for the burger itself, mine was overdone. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. I'll still go back, and maybe try the chicken. My husband is Cealiac, I have a severe gluten allergy, we were both full and happy after dinner, no reactions at all.

First off, told cashier abt celiac dietary needs. She looked puzzled. So said wheat allergy. Then she said they couldn’t accommodate. So I said Gluten free. She said oh yeah we can do tht. I then asked for the mngr on duty bcz I wasn’t feeling warm & fuzzy. He assured me they had dedicated fryer & prep area plus gf buns. So we ordered same burger except I ordered GF & fries. When we got it, they had mine separated & said it was GF. Abt 1/2 thru dinner & we were thinkn they got the orders mixed. My bun was buttery & awesome & Hers was dry & flavorless. :( we did look around at other ppl’s plates & it did look like they had it right by the initial ordering process left me very anxious. My symptoms r usually not sudden & can take a few days. Idk yet if I ingested gluten. If wasn’t for tht, food was good!
Stuff is well knowledge. Burgers and fries are good. Its good to have a good hamburger again.

The food was really good and the staff didn’t mind all he questions my family asked about the gluten free food. I definitely recommend this burger joint
This place is a favorite!! Terrific GF buns & dedicates fryer for fries!! And they ask if it’s an allergy to take proper precautions.
Yes
Yes they do provide gluten free bread for burgers. The bread disintegrates as you touch it and becomes a mess after a couple of bites. try the melted cheese fries.-those are completely worth it.

The customer service was fabulous. We had an issue though. I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. I got my order and I remarked to my husband that our buns looked the same. He said well maybe they have figured out the gluten free cooking. Eh yea. I took two good sized bites when the server came by and said I need you to stop eating right now.
1. Manager immediately came over and refunded our money, Brought a gluten free meal over and brought water. He knew what was going to happen. He tried to help as much he could.
2. The server could have said nothing. I would not have known. Her honestly alone raises the rating.
While a mistake was made and I am still having issues. The way they took ownership of the problem and tried to resolve it as best they could impressed me

Not sure why you'd go anywhere else. Super friendly staff, awesome food. Fries made in dedicated fryer. Bring a sense of humor and a big appetite.

Delicious burgers offer gluten free buns. When ordering my burger, I was informed that the onion strings that come on the burger are NOT GF. I appreciated that the workers knew this!
Delicious food and very knowledgable!

They have gluten free buns made be local oven for many restaurants. The burgers are very good and when I asked the sever change gloves and us fresh utencils they were happy to. They have dedicated fryer for fries and sweet potato chips. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I will go back next time we go to Texas Motor speedway. About the only thing missing was gf cider.
love their burgers. gotta pay extra for gf, but we all know why if we've ever bought a bag of gf buns
Great burgers. Burger salad is awesome as well!
Great burgers and gluten free buns! Had the sweet potato chips as well. Staff was knowledgable and called out request. They cleaned grill and changed gloves for my order.
Lunch on the 11th was great. Was informed their onion straws were GF, kitchen staff caught the error and came out to chat. Subbed for grilled green beans and carrots.
Came back on 13th for dinner and a very different experience. Staff was not confident. Cashier argued that the onion straws were GF (def not) and the kitchen didn't seem to know about the grilled beans and carrots. Kitcheb staff also stacked prep bowls on top of veggies while they sat in window (gross), and definitely cross contaminated (and then they argued that they didnt do it).
Do NOT tip when you order, as they prompt you. Make them prove themselves first.

I love this spot! They have a dedicated fryer for the fries and lots of burger options. The gluten free bun is nicely toasted as well and they prepare it safely for celiacs.
