I called and they said the only thing they could make gluten free was sashimi. They said the vinegar they use for rice has gluten in it. If I wanted rolls it would have to be with boiled rice. I chose not to go. They were nice and honest.

Great sushi! The chef went over how to create a roll for me that was safe. Their Kani is not gf. There is not a gf menu but the staff was very knowledgeable. Had a modified rainbow roll filled with spicy salmon. Served with gf soy sauce and gf spicy mayo; It was excellent. Not a huge selection but if you want sushi, I highly recommend it.
