I emailed before making reservations because in addition to gluten I need to avoid corn, soy, rice, and dairy. They responded quickly to my query and assured me that they would be able to accommodate my restrictions. I had a wonderful meal and our server double checked with the kitchen on everything I ordered. They were friendly and the food was great. It was nice to be able to experience this local specialty.
