have the best selection of gluten free groceries in mobile. if you don't have a budget, it's a great place to grab some groceries.. if you're on a budget, don't even bother going in. whole foods is going to give them a run for their money.

Decent selection, and the staff regularly culls outdated packages, but few have any concept of customer service. If you need help, you will have to be a pest. And don't count on their recommendations as some will tell you a product is great but, when pressed, admit they have never tried it. Favorite items may be out of stock for weeks at a time. Prices are very, very high.

Decent variety & always willing to special order my favorite gf items. I'm addicted to the frozen Against the Grain baguettes, but they are $$$.

Lots of great GF options but definitely going to pay a pretty penny for it.

Great GF groceries and their cafe always has fresh GF lunch offerings, including gourmet soups, salads and sandwiches and usually GF/vegan cake
