Sadly my experience was not as great as everyone else’s here. This sauce everyone loves was made with gluten apparently so the batch they had was not celiac safe. They don’t make it in house I guess. I was expecting to be able to eat everything but the servers who were working this day were not educated about the menu and the safe items and it ended up being a chore. I had to order tacos because it was the only safe thing- and then they didn’t even put the sauce on them because “they didn’t know if it the sauce had gluten or not” and then had to go in the back to ask and ended up bringing to me. I think they are trying too hard to bring a wonderful experience but it’s not genuine. I would not go back personally. I would also Double and triple check that the food is safe- because the servers were not confidant. I didn’t trust them.

This place was an absolute treat to find on our cruise. Best food I’ve had this vacation! Bonus - I felt safe to eat there. The menu doesn’t say GF next to items, but does mention that most items can be made GF. I asked and was told everything was actually GF except 2 items.

Went off the cruise ship and had by far the best meal of the trip so far. Most items on the menu are naturally gluten free. We bought 3 bottles of V's Fusion Sauce. That Sh*t can go on Everything

V’s was amazing! Not only does V talk to every table about the unique food but she walks you through each item and what is safe and not safe. Our waiter also had celiacs so it was a relief to know I was in good hands. These were some of the best tacos I have ever eaten. The guacamole was delicious as well. Overall a quirky and fun place to eat!

It was taco Tuesday when I went and was super busy which is probably one of the reasons I got glutened. :( Juneau is limited in gluten free places to eat out at.

V's is a fantastic place to eat! I have celiac and numerous other allergies and V went through the menu and made a customized dinner that was amazing and I had no reaction.

Excellent food!!! Gluten free! They are not a certified facility but the owner "V" understands cross-contamination very well. She has a thyroid disorder and very carefully prepared our food. Food sounds strange as a Mexican Korean fusion but trust me you will love it. So fresh and healthy, great options and the ambiance is very fun and unique. We plan to return every year when we visit. My son had the conchinita tacos and loved them, I fell in love with the rice bowl I would highly recommend it. The shrub sodas were not a favorite of my kids but I really enjoyed the unique taste.

we traveled to Juneau in Aug of 2015. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about celiac's, so we gave it a try. The fusion of flavors was great. Unfortunately, 2 am I woke with pain, sweating and other symptoms of gluten.

The food was great and our waitress was amazing. Super sweet and knowledgable. Only bummer was the salsa is not gluten free and it would have been nice to have salsa. Other than that, there were a ton of options, the flavors were great and the atmosphere was kinda cool too. Definitely recommend.

Really delicious food! Items that are Gluten Free are marked on the menu and our server was very knowledgeable! The food was delicious and very satisfying! The fusion flavors were really good! We had the house nachos also and they were excellent Mexican food!

I just ate here and the food is FANTASTIC! The flavors are really great - they do a Mexican-Korean fusion. It is difficult to find this mix of flavors gluten free but the owner told me she just reconfigured ALL of her house-made sauces to make them gluten free. She has been using gluten free soy sauce for approx a year now but it took some time to get the other sauces down and done well. And boy, they are really great! The only gluten item left are her flour tortillas that she uses for burritos. The tacos and nachos are made from corn tortillas. So, while it is not a completely gluten-free kitchen she really is trying. She said her sister is gluten free and really wanted to be able to eat everything on the menu, so she made it so!

Awesome Mexican/Asian fusion restaurant. Superb service, excellent pricing (particularly for Juneau), and the food is fresh and will be made to order to accommodate allergies. It's a perfect spot for a cozy date night.
