Great food! Fun atmosphere and knowledgeable about celiac prep!

The staff was very knowledgeable. As soon as I asked about gluten-free vegetarian options (since I am a vegetarian in addition to being a celiac), they explained which items would not be safe for someone suffering from celiac disease, as they would involve ingredients to be heated in the same oven as gluten-containing foods. I decided to go for the Pesto Change-o with gluten-free 7-grain bread, and my meal was prepared separately, in the back. As someone mentioned previously, I received 2 sandwiches for the price of one, which I appreciated. The food was really good and the service great. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether you have celiac disease, you follow a vegetarian diet, or not.

Almost always stop here in when in Olympia. Sensitive celiac. Eat here no problem-toasted and everything. They prep allergy sandwiches in a back room. Just mention GF as an allergy not a preference

Got an amazing loaded sandwich here. Since the gluten free bread slices are on the smaller side they give you two for the price of one! Two gf bread options: white or 7 grain. Personally I like the white bread better. Do NOT get your bread toasted if you have celiac. They have a separate prep space (awesome) but the tray they put GF bread on to be toasted goes in the same toaster as the regular bread.
