I'll give them three stars for their effort. Food is too gritty, rice flour is over used here. Bread falls apart. Rude service.

Was so excited to walk into this place and see a whole dessert display of GF goodies!!! Usually when they say GF, there are a couple of things ...not everything! Had the chocolate chip waffle with peanut butter sauce - AMAZING!!!! And although it was 11am, took home two desserts for later- brownie cheesecake and an eclair!!! Sad I don't live in Spokane after eating here :) Thank you!!!! GF heaven!

It's just ok. Coles's upon the north side is better.

I used to get sick every time I ate here, but my husband noticed they had changed location and decided to pop in. They explained that they had moved location for this very reason. They now have a bigger kitchen so they can have a dedicated GF section. He bought me a couple things and I nervously gave them a try. I didn't get sick! Woohoo! The pie crust is meh, but hey, it's pie. I'm not picky. ;) The eclairs and cream puffs are stand outs. That plus the wide variety of bakery yummies make this place worth checking out.

Unfriendly service, bread crumbs on the table, and the food isn't as good as Coles up on 521 E. Holland.

This place is amazing! I went for lunch and I found that I could have nearly anything on the menu. The selection of the bakery is out of this world. I had a soup and salad combination and decided to finish with dessert. I got to have cheesecake. They have a 5 inch personal cake that would definitely be enough for two or possibly three. It was a perfect amount of creaminess and firmness. I will definitely return soon!

I have had better, moister gf desserts, but rarely. The gf bread was ho-hum but edible and the rest of my sandwich was yummy. I loved the sweet potato salad. I had an eclair for the first time in many years. Service was fine, and they seem to avoid cross contamination well enough.

Delicious desserts and great sandwiches. My faves are the hot salami and the French dip. Their pies are great and also their eclairs and cupcakes!! I have had a few occasions where the employees were unfriendly or rude, but usually they are accommodating. Plus, the food is good enough for me to keep going back!

I've been a gluten free customer of white box pies for the last four years. Their menu offers regular and gluten-free lunch and awesome desserts!! I love their GF Turkey cranberry sandwich and their GF turkey Reuben!! In reading the other reviews the one person who gave WBP a one star must be an idiot. Who uses two pans for everything to avoid cross-contamination? How cost affective is that for any restaurant or at home?! I have asked the same question about cross-contamination and their equipment, and anybody can use the same equipment and pans as long as you wash them in between every use. I have watched white box pies staff and they use separate equipment for making immediate sandwiches , and for dessert...they make sure that they're doing gluten-free at one time and regular items separately after they've washed their equipment in between uses. I have talked with the white box pie staff and they take the best precaution possible to avoid cross-contamination. We love white box pies!!! Thank you for offering gluten-free options for everybody!!

White Box pies is not advised for Celiacs. They do not understand about cross contamination. Both times I questioned the chef was told they use the same pans for everything. If gluten free is an option for you they have good food. If you are sensitive and it is medically important this is not the place.

Always tasty, courteous and the food is great. Lots of gluten free desserts and salads. They have made fresh GF bread to use on any of their sandwiches and regular bread for friends and family. I always feel good after a meal at White Box Pies. The hot pastrami is my fav lunch item
