My wife and I loved this place so much we ate here twice On a weekend getaway. Gluten free bread is available and the chicken salad was delicious. Great selection of kombuchas and all sorts of health products. Greek salad was yummy too!

Staff is knowledgeable. I had the chicken salad on top of spring mix with tomatoes and red onions and potato salad. My son had a chicken salad sandwich on regular bread and the server took precautiions to make sure his food didn't come close to mine. Food was good. Service was good.

Amazing Chicken Salad. The most flavorful I have ever had. Gluten free bread was great. Small menu but that does not matter when you want to return for the same food over and over. Great prices as well. Try the potato salad for a wonderful GF side.

I had the lentil burger on top of a salad. It was absolutely amazing. My husband had the tuna salad sandwich and potato salad. It was wonderful. Will be back

LOTS of GF choices including tasty sandwiches. Been in Gatlinburg two days and ate lunch there both days. I would go back!

I loved this place... I got the lentil burger salad that was awesome... owner was very knowledgeable about celiac and soy allergies... best lentil burger I’ve had... planning on going again before we leave Gatlinburg!!

So staff was very kind. The potato salad is great big chunks of potatoes, the chicken salad is full of some spice maybe rosemary that was so over powering to me I had to spit it out. I typically only review when things are amazing. However I had planned my entire day around the hours to eat here. Very disappointed

Delicious! My husband and I split the chicken salad and egg salad sandwiches with a side of potato salad and pasta salad. It was all very good and I took comfort in knowing it was all gluten-free.

This is our second time at Whole Earth Grocery during our vacation. We found the restaurant on the Find Me GF app. The sandwices are wonderful! I had the egg salad on GF bread and my hubby had the chicken salad sandwich on GF bread. We have came two days in a row!

celiac and vegetarian friendly. We got there after the owner had shut the grill off, but she turned it back on so my wife could have a healthy meal. Hard to find, but worth the effort. Very quaint for a gaudy tourist center like Gatlinburg.

We arrived for lunch towards the end of cafe hours, so she only had chicken salad left, but it's the best chicken salad I've ever had, so that was just fine! Opted for it with a Greek salad and some tea -- delicious, healthy, Celiac-friendly meal. Loved the overall vibe of the place, too. Couldn't be happier!

This is a great little health food store that also has a cafe. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich with home made potato salad. It was delicious! Highly recommend this location.
