Wild wok Asheville is my favorite place to go when I have some spare cash! I always sit with Kendra as my server.You can order their Salmon skin roll (with no eel sauce), seaweed salad, veggie roll, pink lady roll, red boy roll and several others too! Just tell Kendra you are gluten free, and she will be able to assist you. 4/5 stars because their gf soy sauce is watery and I got cross contamination once before.
